1. Bicycle Sales & Orders

All orders for bicycles, frames, and components placed through our store are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees made regarding delivery are subject to unexpected delays for which we cannot be held responsible.

Upon receiving your new bicycle, it will have been fully assembled and safety-checked by our mechanics. If you arrange collection in person, you must present a valid order confirmation and identification.

2. Servicing & Repairs

When a bicycle is booked in for a service or repair, we will provide an initial estimate. Should additional parts or labor be required once the work commences, we will contact you for authorization before proceeding with the extra work.

We request that repaired bicycles are collected within 14 days of completion notification. Bicycles left beyond 30 days without prior agreement may incur a daily storage fee.

  • All servicing work carries a 30-day labor guarantee.
  • Parts fitted during service are covered by the manufacturer's specific warranty.
  • We are not responsible for damage arising from previous improper maintenance by third parties.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unused accessories and components in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are accompanied by a valid receipt.

Due to the nature of the product, fully assembled bicycles cannot be returned once they have been ridden, unless a manufacturing defect is identified. Custom-ordered or heavily modified bicycles are strictly non-refundable.
